Lovely calm, welcoming atmosphere with nice fragrant candles and music. A small group of participants lead by a wonderful inspirational instructor. The session made me feel relaxed and ready to take on the world for my next challenge. I definitely felt more relaxed in myself and with my attitude towards life and not so uptight about things. I will definitely return for more sessions.

I would really recommend this to anyone. The experience I had is unbelievable!!! Transformational Breathing takes your experience to another dimension. It taps into the powers of your mind that you would otherwise never know. You got to experience it for your self. It’s meditation at a very different level.
What a beautiful experience. I wasn’t expecting what I got. It was so cleansing for my body, mind and spirit. I especially loved the last part, floating in and out of consciousness, after the breath tool was practiced. Much love to this amazing and much needed workshop. I’m hooked!!!

I’ve been attending a breath work for a while and I’m blown away by the results already. The first thing I’m noticing is an increase energy level and a better sleep. It feels like I’m capable of accepting my current situation and therefore coping with a stress better than before. Every session is a totally different experience for me, thus I’m hooked up. I found the session to be a powerful and interesting process and am keen to keep the practise up and develop. Surprisingly (to me) I found the style breathing to be quite hard at times so would like to work on that. Presumably regular practise is the key to developing this but any further guidance you could provide would be much appreciated. On a related note I wear an OURA ring that tracks health indicators such as Heart rate variability, resting heat rate, and deep sleep. I though you may be interested to know that In the 24 hours after the session all my health trackers jumped up positively and above my normal average, which is testament to the power of the breathing. It still amazes me how such results are obtained from something as simple as breathing!
