TRANSFORMATIONAL BREATH AND MINDFULNESS TECHNIQUES

The connected breath is a gate to your inner world, your unconsciousness, your higher self and your authenticity.

Therefore, all of the techniques are guided throughout a deep, diaphragmatic breathing. You will experience a deep state of trans meditation, regression to your past experiences, especially to childhood, your birth and deeper to reveal the source of your current emotional, mental and physical condition.

Each session unfolds inherited patterns & beliefs that doesn’t serve anymore and opens up energy blockages (emotions) within your body. The technique focuses on developing greater sense of WHO YOU ARE, your AUTHENTICITY, your STRENGTH

HEALING POWER OF BREATH

When you’re not able to express yourself freely (especially as a child) or simply don’t know how to deal with a difficult situation, you’re “freezing” the emotion (energy charge) within your emotional body.

However, that energy is still alive so when someone hits on some part of that emotion that was never healed, you will have an automatic responses like anger, resentment, jealousy, bitterness, sadness, feeling left out, isolation, fear and so on.

To heal, we must know what hurts. The only way to find authenticity is a deep journey within our self to acknowledge, feel and release the suppressed fear, anger, sadness and grief that seep into your daily experience.

Healing is in a spiral. You heal one layer, and then move down to the next one. As you move through, you learn to let go, you learn to accept and forgive. There’s only a continuum of opportunities to evolve.

The deeper you explore these practices, the more authentic, peaceful and life-changing your experience will be.

Practising regular breath-work have a hugely positive psychological, healing, cleansing, meditative and calming influence on our body, soul and mind.
